Reclaiming Joy Through Play.
Helping you solve grown-up challenges by reclaiming your childlike wonder and love for play.
“Your story may be colorful with lots of dark colors among the bright. No worries. Your words are the brush you use to paint your story.”
Hi, I’m Rachel
an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, philanthropist, author and mental health advocate.
But most importantly, I am someone who believes in the power of play!
There's immense transformative power to be harnessed through creative play. Whether its through games, making things with your hands, or sharing a moment of curiosity with another person, these moments help us to lower our defenses and create a space for honest conversations to happen and new ideas to form!
Play may be child like, but it’s never childish.
Creativity has been proven to be an asset in cultivating mental health. When we participate in creative activities as a form of self-care, it provides a safe space for us to take care of our mental well-being and when we play together, we create space for laughter, belonging, and the kind of connection that reminds us we do not have to do life alone.
Play is the vehicle; JOY is the destination!
Simply, I want to invite people to play together!
At Jovera Collective, we use simple, childlike activities as a joyful way to work with very real, very grown-up dynamics. As we make time for and find enjoyment in the simple things, somewhere along the journey you will also find community. Play reminds us what it feels like to be present, open, and free.
So I hope you join us for our next casual, creative, community-centered gathering and connect with others while also supporting your mental well-being and enjoying a refreshing break from your daily routine.
